100 theme challenge [16. Blood]She smiled sweetly at me. For some odd reason it made me slightly angry. Would it just be me or were her canines slightly sharp? Am i imagining things?
"Hello, Faline..." I got up from my seat and as i did she grabbed me and through me to the ground.
"Now who said you could leave, Miss Anirathe. Do you not remember me? shall i remind you?" She grinned bearing fangs at me. I tried to get up but she was quickly on top of me, scratching and biting me. I instinctively fought back. It had been years since I fought like that one time.
I growled as Faline ripped me open, letting my blood pour all over the floor. Her skin wasn't exactly unscathed either. She had rips in her skin that went from the top of her arms to the middl of her stomach
By the time someone got there, we were both on the floor nearly passed out from all the blood loss.
100 theme challenge [1. Introduction]"Hello. My name is Faline, Nice to meet you~" That's how the whole mess started with that one little introduction.
Though lets start before She came along. My name is Anirathe. I'm your typical every day straight A kid. I go to high school sit in the desk and pretend I care about what the teachers are trying to teach. Though one day, I got to class and there was this girl... about 5' high and she just looked at me. As if she knew me from my unspoken past. This little red haired girl came over and then before she could introduce herself formally class was called to session.
All throughout class I felt her eyes boring into my back. Class had finally ended and I bearly had gotten out of my seat before she was right there. Standing next to my desk, eyes glowing. That was something I hadnt noticed before. Her eyes were the oddest color of brown. It was almost as if they were red.
"Hello, my name is Faline. Nice to meet you, Anirathe~"
You Were Not An Aquarium BoySea-glass became your bones,
brine your blood, and seashells
melded into your skin.
You were not quite an ocean
when you said "This is your sign to love me."
My body was like a building;
tall, cold, almost unbreakable.
I was metallic and sharp,
towering over your waters.
I remember taking your hand in mine,
conch and coral shells scrubbing
my skyscraper wrists, and laughing
about how one day you would
submerge every last bit of me.
Your lips, riddled with argonauts,
found my cheek and I cringed
at the coarseness.
You asked if they bothered me
and I finally told you "I
think I love you."
